PURPOSE: To provide a polyfunctional portable beauty machine having an operation member arranged thereto so as to cover the operation region in order to increase the contact area with the operation region, capable of performing the acceleration of blood circulation to the operation region and the decomposition of fat by the operation member and easy to carry. CONSTITUTION: The polyfunctional portable beauty machine consists of a base stand 1 having a recessed part 12, in which the operation region is fitted, formed to the central part thereof, the drive mechanism 13 held at least on one side of the base stand 1 and the rotary operation member 2 mounted on the central region of the base stand 1 in parallel to the drive mechanism 13 so as to rotate in connection with the drive mechanism 13. If necessary, expansion and contraction members 3 for holding repeating expansion and contraction or expansion and contraction by air supplied by an air supply means 31 are provided near both sides of the recessed part 12 of the base stand 1 or a vibration mechanism 6 for vibrating the recessed part 12 of the base stand 1 or the rotary operation member 2 is provided to arbitrarily apply highly efficient slide operation, pressure operation or vibration operation to the operation region in the recessed part to decompose fat of the operation region.
