PURPOSE: A bonding method of dissimilar metals is provided which is capable of solving problems of low productivity and high cost due to the mechanical processing that is demerits of a conventional diffused bonding method. CONSTITUTION: The improved bonding method of dissimilar metals comprises the steps of fabricating an iron alloy base metal(1) having a spherical shape; fabricating the round bar into a plate material after fabricating a round bar with a copper alloy material; fabricating a lining material having a spherical shape by pressing the plate material; cleaning parts to be bonded of the lining material(2) and the base metal respectively; arranging the lining material between a jig(3) and the base metal; and bonding the base metal with the lining material by applying a pressure onto the lining material as maintaining the jig(3), base metal(1) and lining material(2) in a heating furnace having a high temperature.
