摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve higher reliability in measurement results using an electrophoretic apparatus. SOLUTION: A voltage for introducing samples is applied into individual reservoirs of a microchip 1 via an electrode 47 with a high-voltage supply part 49 for guiding samples injected into sample reservoirs of the chip 1, to a cross section part between a passage for introducing samples and a passage for separation. At this point, a mobile reflection mirror 15 is moved to the position of the solid line and excitation light from a laser device 11 is made to irradiate on the rear side of the chip 1 via a beam expander 13, a mirror 15, a lens 17 and a dichroic mirror 19. Fluorescence, light having a prescribed wavelength out of that from the chip 1 made to be irradiated on a spectroscopic filter 21 via the dichroic mirror 19 is made to pass with the spectroscopic filter 21 to the side of the lens 23, and the passing fluorescence light causes an image to be on formed CCD 25 by the lens 23. The distribution of samples in the passage for introducing samples is monitored by a CPU 27, based on the detected signals of the CCD 25.
