PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide color photographic sensitive material which has an excellent color reproducibility, is excellent in image stability, and hardly generates a stain. SOLUTION: This silver halide color photographic sensitive material has at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer on a support, and contains a magenta coupler represented by formula (M-1) [wherein, R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group; L1 and L2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, or, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group; L3 is -NH-SO2-, -SO2-NH-CO-; G is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or, -COOH, OH at -L3-G; X is H or a group which is released at the time of coupling reaction with the oxidation product of a developing agent; when L2 is an alkylene group, n is an integer of 1 and 2, when L2 is an arylene group, n is an integer of 1-5; when n is 2 or more, plural existent -L3-G are the same or different].
