PREFABRICATED FINGER EXPANSION JOINT OF BRIDGE

PURPOSE: A prefabricated finger expansion joint of a bridge is provided to reduce the required expenses and working hours for maintenance of a bridge by dismantling and replacing a joint finger upper plate. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated finger expansion joint of a bridge(30) comprises the steps of: installing a reinforcing bar(38) and a slab bar(40) on upper plates(32)(34); connecting a reinforcement coupling anchor(44) of an anchor bolt box(42) on the reinforcing bars(38)(40); forming a latticed bearing plate(46) on the anchor bolt box(42); forming a rubber plate fitting hole on the bearing plate(46); coupling a finger joint upper plate(50) to the bearing plate(46) by a fitting bolt(52); if the anchor bolt box(42) is coupled to the reinforcing bars(38)(40) and the finger joint upper plate(50) is coupled to the upper part of the anchor bolt box(42), placing shrinkage compensating cement(54) on the side of the anchor bolt box(42) to finish a joint of the upper plates(32)(34).
