PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical analysis device further simplified as a whole with the temperature control of a reactant liquid made highly accurate. SOLUTION: A vessel is formed of a soft material easily deformable by external force exerted from the exterior and an active magnetic element supported by a movable mechanism is provided outside the vessel. Thus, agitation and attraction/cleaning of magnetic particles are conducted by one unit. Such a unit is provided within an incubator, thereby avoiding discontinuity of temperature control. This device is simplified as a whole, discontinuity of temperature control is eliminated, and a reaction with higher accuracy can be realized.
