PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyer and an image forming device decreasing an image position deviation on a sheet in case that a sheet rear end is extruded by energizing force of a pinch roller, and eliminating necessity for increasing load torque more than necessity. SOLUTION: A pinch roller 37 is arranged to be alternately deviated in two positions in the sheet conveying direction of a sheet P, the sheet P, when its rear end passes through an interposition holding part between a conveying roller 36 and the pinch roller 37, passes through from the interposition holding part to be divided into two stages, the pinch roller 37 interposition holding the sheet P is reduced by stages according to conveyance of the sheet P.
