PURPOSE: A business method and system for providing unified commercial transaction by having a thing jointly and computer readable medium having stored thereon computer executable instruction for performing the method are provided to make a purchaser economically buy guaranteed articles of desired amount at a proper time by offering such information as prices, quantity, the time for payment, the method of payment and the guarantees of suppliers. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a service provider(10) sharing a database with many sellers(110a-110n), collecting the article information of the sellers through the Internet(20) and storing the information in the database interlocking with a web server(60), a purchaser(30) ordering articles by searching the article information stored in the database via the web server of the service provider, the service provider securing the ordered articles by collecting the order information of the purchasers, and the service provider checking payment and collectively delivering the secured articles to the purchasers via a delivery company(40).
