PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyllactam-base crosslinked compound that contains little residual monomer and can be used in various solvents and also produced by simpler process, and a composition from which said crosslinked compound is obtained, as well as a lithium-ion cell and an electrical double layer capacitor to be made from said crosslinked compound. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained, which comprises (A) at least one kind of N-vinyllactam-base polymer, (B) a radical-polymerizable crosslinking agent and (C) a radical polymerization initiator. The crosslinked compound is obtained by heating and/or light irradiation of the above composition. |
