PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an dynamic bearing unit, capable of improving reliability without scuffing caused by friction between a shaft and a hub though foreign bodies are mixed between the shaft and the hub. SOLUTION: A dynamic-pressure generating groove, that generates supporting force in a radial direction, is arranged at least on one of an outer peripheral face of the shaft 2 or an inner peripheral face of the hub 3. An approximately circular thrust ring 9, in which its upper face is faced opposite, is arranged on a lower end face of a shaft body 2a. A recessed portion 9a for collecting foreign bodies 10 is formed in a portion that faces opposite to a bearing hole 3a of the hub 3 of the thrust ring 9. |
