PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of accurately and certainly winding a wound material along the outer periphery of the winding core with a uniform pressing force when the cross section of the winding core is flat. SOLUTION: A cylindrical oscillating shaft support member 9 is disposed oscillatably, and an oscillating shaft 10 penetrates oscillatably. A roller 13 is turnably disposed at one end of the oscillating shaft 10, and two nuts 17 are fixed to a screw part 16 of the oscillating shaft 10. The other end of the oscillating shaft 10 penetrates through a through-hole formed in one end of a connecting member 18, and the connecting member 18 extends in the orthogonal direction to the oscillating shaft 10. A spring 19 is pressed between the nuts 17 and the connecting member 18. An oscillating/driving disk 20 is disposed rotatably synchronously with the winding core 3, and a driving piece 21 is disposed at the eccentric position. The connecting member 18 is connected to the oscillating/driving disk 20 via the driving piece 21. A wound material 2, thin film, is fed from the upside of the winding device 1 and wound on the flat plate like winding core 3.
