PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jitter measurement apparatus easily and accurately setting and changing the boost quantity of an equalizer circuit without affecting stability of the measurement apparatus. SOLUTION: In four memory areas of a memory 42, the boost quantity setting values of the respective equalizer circuits are stored individually. After the apparatus has been brought into a boost quantity setting mode by key operation, a desired memory area is selected in the memory 42 by key operation, and then, the boost quantity setting value is read from this memory area. When the read boost quantity setting value is inputted to a setting value resistor 14b of the equalizer circuit 14, the equalizer circuit 14 is set at the desired boost quantity. The boost quantity setting value in each memory area of the memory 42 can be updated by key operation.
