PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified cover capable of preventing generation of slack and wrinkles in a sheet-shaped member. SOLUTION: A pair of sheet-shaped members 57U are provided in an overlapped state on an upper part of a front part 57. A sealed air chamber 61 is formed between both of the sheet-shaped members 57U. By filling proper quantity of air into the air chamber 61, both of the sheet-shaped members 57U are kept in a tensed state by the internal pressure.
