PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-fin type heat exchanger, in which abnormal nose is prevented from generating due top difference in thermal expansions between tube plates and a heating-medium pipes. SOLUTION: The plate-fin type heat exchanger is composed of heating- medium pipes 1, a great number of plate fins attached to the heating-medium pipes in heat-transferring relation, and a plurality of tube plates 5A, 5B with pipe-holding holes 7 for insertion of heating-medium pipes 1. Cylindrical collars 10 are formed on the peripheries of the holes 7 and the tips of the collars are spread bell-likely. |
