PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device by which miniaturization and the reduction of a cost are attained. SOLUTION: A first lens frame 40 and a second lens frame 60 are freely reciprocatively guided by guide shafts 21-23 elongated in an optical axis direction, and are moved by a manual cam member 70 having a first cam groove 72 acting on the first lens frame 40 and a second cam groove 73 acting on the second lens frame 60, so that the operation of variable power and focusing is performed, and an electromagnetic actuator 80 fixed at the first lens frame 40 and integrally moving is provided, and its driving part 81a is engaged in the first cam groove 72 as the engaging part of the first lens frame 40, and the first lens frame 40 is moved in the optical axis direction more by moving the driving part 81a in the optical axis direction, so that a different photographing distance is set.
