PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device of inside dimensions capable of adapting even to a deep hole at ease and also capable of achieving a high accuracy. SOLUTION: The measuring device comprises a body 2 in a stick shape changeable of length dimensions, a pair of measuring probes 3 mounted movably at one end side of the body 2 in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the length of the body 2 and touched to a measured part of a measured object, a detecting means 4 to detect a moving displacement amount of the probes 3 as an electric signal, a digital display 5 to display the signal from the means 4 in digital, a cable 7 wired in the body 2 to transmit the signal to the display 5 and a rotating mechanism 6 mounted between the other end side of the body 2 and the display 5.
