PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control system for dwelling facility which can control all facilities and equipment used in a house in a centralized state, so that the facilities and equipment are operated in a set mode by integrating the combinations of the operation of equipment, related to air conditioning and ventilation and living activities into several basic patterns required for actual lives and using the patterns as modes. SOLUTION: This centralized control system conducts centralized controls of the operations of facilities, such as ventilators, air conditioners, etc., which are installed to required spots, such as living rooms, etc., of the house. The control system is provided with a mode-changing means 18, which can switch a plurality of modes for the entire house air conditioning, first-floor air conditioning, ventilation only, all-facility stoppage, etc., and a control means 17 which controls the operations of the facilities in a centralized state according to the mode set by means of the mode changing means 18. |
