PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose the return of goods which do not sell well at a store 20 to the store by a management headquarter 10 and put the returned goods in a stock in a warehouse for distribution to other stores as general stock. SOLUTION: As for the goods to be sold, estimate amount of sales to be sold within a fixed period of time is calculated from the actual results of sales in the past, and the management headquarter 10 proposes the return of goods exceeding the estimate amount of sales for the store 20 if stock at the store exceeds the estimate amount of sales when calculation is done. Moreover, as for the goods whose amount of sales is considered to reduce, the store 20 proposes the return of the goods to the management headquarter 10 even if stock at the store does not exceed the estimate amount of sales. As for the goods for which the return is proposed, the management headquarter 10 proposes additional delivery of the goods for the store 20 selling the goods well. As for the returned goods, reproduction work is done as required after the inspection, and the goods are put in a stock in the warehouse for distribution together with other stock. |
