PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat-transfer coefficient between a heat-transfer plate and an external fluid by further disturbing the flow of the external fluid exchanging heat with the plate, in a finless heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A height H3 of a small protrusion is made different from a height H1 of a protrusion to produce a level-difference between the protrusion end 14a of a protrusion 14 and the protrusion end 140a of the small protrusion 140. Thus, the air-flow through the external air flow path 10a is further disturbed, as compared with the conventional case, where the height H1 and the height H3 are made the same. Thus, the heat transfer coefficient between the heat-transfer plates 12a, 12b and the external fluid can be increased, and the cooling performance of a vaporizer 10 is improved.
