PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive frame body for forming slope form which can be folded up freely. SOLUTION: The frame body A is arranged on a slope face N in a state where reinforcing bars 9, 9, 11, and 11 are arranged in a grid-like state and forms a slope form 14 when mortar or concrete 13 is sprayed on the frame body A. The frame body A is provided with network forms 1a and 1b which are faced to each other on both sides of the frame body A and a plurality of gate type connecting members each of which is provided with a pair of leg bodies 2b and 2c so that the forms 1a and 1b may be connected to each other by means of the connecting members 2.
