BLUE PIGMENT-ATTACHING FLUORESCENT SUBSTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment-attaching fluorescent substance which is attached with a cobalt blue pigment particle adhered, has so strong adhesion power that the pigment particle may be scarcely detached even if adhered in a larger pigment amount than in conventional pigment-attaching fluorescent substances, and can give a high contrast image. SOLUTION: This blue pigment-attaching fluorescent substance is obtained by attaching a blue pigment particle having an average particle size of 0.1μm or less and made of a cobalt blue dyestuff on a surface of a blue luminescent substance.
