PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position roll paper having a winding part regardless of its width without requiring complicated and time-consuming work. SOLUTION: In the winding part 5 of the roll paper 4 and parts other than the winding part 5, a pair of width regulating guides 20a and 20b for regulating a position in the width direction of the machine glazed paper 4 are reversely removably supported in cooperation on one line by a guide driving mechanism 8. A pair of winding part width regulating guides 2a and 2b and a pair of roll paper width regulating guides 7a and 7b are integrally molded via arms 21a and 21b. The width regulating guides 20a and 20b move in cooperation with opening or closing of the upper part 17a of a storing vessel.
