PURPOSE: Provided is a panel water tank which assembles a unit panel with polyethylene sheet laminated on the surface of a steel plate so that it improves durability and simplifies assembly process in construction field. CONSTITUTION: The panel water tank comprises the parts of: the unit panel(10) wherein antimicrobial polyethylene sheet is pressed and laminated on the surface of the steel plate, embossing is formed at the center and a rib(14) is bended with a binding hole(141) penetrated at corner; a sealing tool which is placed between the ribs of the unit panel to implement sealing function; a reinforcing binding tool which closely adheres each side of the unit panel and binds to combine the crossed corner; and a nozzle for connecting pipes which joins an internal border line by polyethylene and coats the entire surface by polyethylene powder.
