PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, constituted so that a fixed quantity of toner can be replenished to a toner replenish port at any time, irrespective of the remaining toner quantity in a toner storing part, and to provide an image forming device using the developing device. SOLUTION: For the developing device for taking the toner 11a into the developer 11 from a toner cartridge 17 via the toner replenishing port 17a in accordance with the movement of the developer 11 carried by a developing sleeve 12, an agitator 18 for replenishing the toner 11a to the toner replenishing port 17a while stirring the toner 11a in the toner cartridge 17, is constituted of a rigid body part 18b and flexible blade parts 18c and 18d. As a result, even in the case the remaining toner quantity in the toner cartridge 17 is reduced, the toner can be carried surely to the toner replenishing port 17a. |
