PURPOSE: A switch assembly is provided to save the material cost using a movable contact point, and an individual contact point. CONSTITUTION: A housing(1) of the switch assembly is formed of insulating material such as synthetic resin in the shape of a box with a container(1a) having an open aperture on the upper surface. A spring container(1b) having a concave circular hole in order to contain a return spring is formed at the center of the container(1a) of the housing(1). A pair of pivot support portions(1c) having projections for supporting a movable contact part(4) pivotally are formed at the center of the both side surfaces that are facing each other with interposition of the spring container(1b). Contact point insertion holes(1d) to which the common contact point(2) is press-inserted are formed at the centers of the pivot support portion(1c). A pair of pivot faces(1e) shaped in the form of circular arc are formed on both sides with interposition of the contact point insertion holes(1d).
