PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-flow type condenser for air conditioning which is capable of distributing evenly refrigerant to respective heat exchanging pipes and restraining the stagnation of liquid refrigerant in a flat tube far from the inflow side of the refrigerant, while securing a high heat exchanging efficiency even when the number of heat exchanging pipes per one path is increased. SOLUTION: A refrigerant route, wherein a core unit 10 is constituted of a multitude of pieces of heat exchanging pipes 3... and fins 4... arranged between a pair of headers 1, 2, the heat exchanging pipes 3... are divided into a plurality of paths P1, P2 by partitioning walls 7 provided in the header 1, and inflow refrigerant from a refrigerant introducing port 5 flows to a refrigerant lead-out port 6 after passing through respective paths P1, P2 sequentially, is provided. An orifice plate 8 is provided in an exit side header 2 in the first path P1 having the refrigerant introducing port 5 so as to be positioned between the opposed part 1a to the refrigerant introducing port 5 and a shifting part 2b to the second path P2.
