PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a holder that holds a display panel is easily mounted on a printed circuit board without backlash even though the connection between the panel and the board is done by a flexible wiring board. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a liquid crystal panel 2, a holder 1 which holds the panel 2, a hard printed circuit board 3 which is arranged at the back of the holder 1, an FPC 5 which electrically connects the board 3 and the panel 2, a restraining piece 10A which is arranged on the holder 1 and has a catch 9A that engages with the board 3 and a case 4 with a pressing part 17 that abuts on a receiving part 12 provided on the holder 1.
