PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water filling system to a bath having a short hot water filling time. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 2 of a general purpose water heater is operated, and a heat exchanger 6 for reheating a bathtub water is operated. Solenoid valves 11, 12 and 13 are opened, and a solenoid valve 14 is closed. Water heated by the exchanger 2 is introduced into hot water filling duct 7 of a reheating circulating duct system through the valve 13 and a hot water bypass duct 10, and filled in the bath from the reheating circulating duct system. The water fed through a first hot water bypass duct 8 and the valve 11 is fed to the exchanger 6 since the valve 14 is closed, heated by the exchanger 6, and filled in the bath from the duct 7 of the duct system. The water fed through a second water bypass duct 9 and the valve 12 is introduced into a filing water and return hot water duct 8 of the system, reversely fed through the duct system and filled in the bath.
