PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered sprocket whose facial pressure resistance can be improved without using a forging stage. SOLUTION: This sprocket is composed of an iron based sintered alloy containing, by weight, 0.2 to 0.5% C, 0.2 to 1.0% Mo and 0.2 to 1.0% Ni, and the base layer at the inside has a metallic structure containing ferrite and bainite, and in which ferrite is adjacent to vacancies. |
