PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for changing a combination of operating devices and actuators, which is improved in operability of a vehicle such as a skid steer loader to alleviate the burden on the operator. SOLUTION: When the apparatus is operated according to a first operating pattern, switching valves 40 and 140 are switched to the first operating pattern. Thus, an operating direction signal from the operating device 5L is brought into correspondence with driving directions of the respective actuators 33 and 34 for traveling. In a second or third operating pattern, the switching valves 40 and 140 are switched to the second or third operating pattern. Thus, operating direction signals from the operating devices 5L and 5R are brought into correspondence with the driving directions of the respective actuators 33 and 34 for traveling. In the third operating pattern, the operating devices 5L and 5R are brought into correspondence with the driving directions of the respective actuators 33 and 34 for traveling, and operating devices 15L and 15R are brought into correspondence with driving directions of respective actuators 72 and 73 for an operating machine.
