PROBE INSERTION DEVICE FOR INVESTIGATION TO CASING OF FLUID EQUIPMENT REAL MACHINE MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sealing without giving turbulence in the flow of inside fluid by a probe. SOLUTION: A working hole 3 comprising a small-diameter hole part 3a and a large-diameter hole part 3b is provided to horizontally penetrate the casing 2 of a fluid equipment real machine model 1. A large-diameter guide pipe 5 fitted to and inserted in the large-diameter hole part 3b is attached at a position retreating a required amount from the edge of a small-diameter probe 4 penetrating the small-diameter hole part 3a. A seal ring 7 is attached to the outer periphery of the edge part of the guide pipe 5. The edge part of the probe 4 is inserted in the small-diameter hole part 3a of the working hole 3, and the probe 4 can be traversed by sliding the guide pipe 5 in the large-diameter hole part 3a.
