PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store cold heat accumulative material under a normal temperature when the cold heat accumulative material is not used and in turn to cool the cold heat accumulative material rapidly when it is used. SOLUTION: Liquid refrigerant (12) of carbon dioxide is filled in a container (11). A cold heat accumulative material (13) for accumulating cold heat generated under evaporation of the liquid refrigerant (12) is stored in the container (11). The container (11) is provided with an opening or closing mechanism (20) for use in reducing a pressure within the container (11) so as to gasify the liquid refrigerant (12).
