SOLUTION: A heel section of the last mold 1 is provided with a holding gadget 3, a clamp arm 5 can be freely swung by operation of an operation lever 7, and the heel section of the instep cover Ha can be clamped by pressing from the outside with a clamper 6 mounted on the clamp arm 5. A pushing surface of the clamper 6 is provided with a soft material such as rubber, a resin, or leather.
