摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing healthy alcoholic drink by fermentation, using rosemary and cactus extract. The healthy alcoholic drink effectively prevents adult disease, indigestion, insomnia and skin diseases. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises: preparing base wine by steaming washed rice, cooling and mixing it with yeast, adding the extract solution of the cactus, and maturing the mixture for a certain period; cutting the rice and the rosemary in a certain size, steaming, cooling, mixing them with yeast, adding the water extract of the cactus then maturing the mixture; mixing the base wine with the yeast and maturing the mixture after adding the water extract of the cactus; filtering the above matured wine with adjusting its alcohol content by adding a certain amount of boiled water and maturing the filtrate; and filtering the above matured wine, sterilizing at low temperature and packing it.
