PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to obtain crystallized cremation remains having a wide variety of colors, while preserving the cremation remains in improved saturation manner. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a power supply(1) having a plasma torch(11), and which generates a high temperature plasma arc; a discharge body(30) having an arc movement hole for discharging the plasma arc in a flame state, and a first heat radiation unit for preventing the discharge body from being molten by the heat generated fro the plasma arc; a swirler(20) having an arc passage hole, and an operating fluid injection hole for injecting an operating fluid for pushing the plasma arc from the arc passage hole toward the arc movement hole, wherein the swirler is interconnected between the discharge body and the plasma torch; a cremation remains urn(50) for accommodating the cremation remains, and which has a second heat radiation unit for preventing the urn from being molten by the heat produced from the flame; and a connection element(40) having a powder injection port(41) for injecting power for coloring the cremation remains during crystallization of cremation remains, wherein the connection element interconnects the discharge body and the cremation remains urn.
