PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter roller for accurately and quickly positioning a cutter blade to a roller body and a cutter blade adjusting jig used therefor. SOLUTION: A holder for holding the cutter blade 3 is fixed to a holder installing surface 12 of the roller body 1. The roller body 1 is cut out, and the cutter blade 3 forms a jig installing surface 9 at a right angle to the projecting direction on the roller body 1. An intersection of a circle 20 having the center 18 coincident with the roller body 1 and having a radius R coincident with a cutter roller bearer and a projecting directional extension surface 27 in an installing surface 16 of the cutter blade 3 becomes a zero reference 15, and an extension surface 17 of the jig installing surface 9 passes through this zero reference 15.
