PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily know the occupying rate of fat tissues and fat-removed tissues in the body composition of a person to be measured and to easily judge whether tissues reduced by weight loss are the fat tissues or the fat-removed tissues. SOLUTION: FMI(Fat Mass Index: fat quantity/height2) being the index of fat, LMI(Lean Mass Index: fat-removed quantity/height2) being the index of the fat-removed quantity and BMI(Body Mass Index: weight/height2) of a physique index are calculated from physical information and a measured biological electric impedance (BI, hereafter) to display relations between BMI and FMI or between BMI and LMI as the measuring result with a graph or illustration. |
