PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mineral water making apparatus capable of sufficiently performing the sterilization in a water tank, excellent in sanitary control and capable of making several kinds of mineral waters different in mineral concentration. SOLUTION: Since an electrode part 6 is placed on the water supply side in the water tank 1 to generate effective chlorine in an electrolytic cell 1a, respective mineral discharge tanks 3 and 4 and the downstream sides of them can be sterilized and this method is extremely advantageous from an aspect of sanitation. Since two mineral discharge tanks 3 and 4 are provided and two kinds of mineral waters Wm1, Wm2 different in the concentration of mineral components are made to be selectively taken in, an intake person can selectively take in mineral water corresponding to taste. |
