PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an ink acceptive layer for giving an ink acceptive layer usable for a long period in not only indoor but also outdoor having excellent light resistance without discoloring by a light without chalking, excellent image clarity and water resistance, and to further provide a material to be recorded having an ink acceptive layer provided on various type base such as a film, paper, fiber or the like of the composition for the ink acceptive layer and a printed product using the same. SOLUTION: The composition for the ink acceptive layer comprises an aqueous polyurethane resin (A) having a polycarbonate chain, at least one type of pigment (B) selected from the group consisting of a silica, an alumina, a calcium carbonate and a clay, a phenol antioxidant (C), and/or a hindered amine ultraviolet ray absorber (D). The material to be recorded comprises an ink acceptive layer formed of the composition for the ink acceptive layer on the base. The printed product is obtained by printing the material to be recorded by an ink jet printer. |
