The hoist system (9,40) extends from the base of the wagon, to raise the upper loading platform. Platform ascent starts either at the base, or with clearance (H1) above it, in the lowest third position (G3). It rises to an upper second position (G2) (not shown). The hoist extends higher, to enable a greater height (H2) to be reached. Stops lock the upper platform (3) and roof (4) in position and apart from each other. During ascent above the first position (G1) the upper platform carries the roof with it. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding method.
