PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-molded board which is inexpensive, lightweight and highly rigid and does not release a noxious gas. SOLUTION: The fiber-molded board is provided wherein it comprises a mixed fiber containing a wood fiber, a plant long fiber and thermoplastic fiber of 130-190 deg.C melting point and fiber sheets 2 and 3 comprising a fiber of a melting point higher than a melting point of the plastic fiber is stuck to front and rear surfaces of a fiber molded board body. The wood fiber and the plant long fiber are joined together by a melt of the thermoplastic fiber by heat- molding at a temperature above the melting point of the thermoplastic fiber. In the fiber-molded board 7, good moldability is provided by the wood fiber and high rigidity is provided by the plant long fiber.
