PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture tool and a stand for an indwelling needle which are highly safe for waste disposal, or the like, as a shutter member accurately operates. SOLUTION: The stand for an indwelling needle 1 includes an external needle with a hub 4 which is composed of an external indwelling needle 2 and an external needle hub 3, and an internal needle with a hub 7 which is composed of an internal needle 5 to be inserted in the external needle 2 for use and an internal needle hub 6, a protector 8 that covers a needle tip 51 of the internal needle 5, a shutter member 85 installed in the protector 8, and a means 9a for preventing drop-out of the protector 8 from the needle tip 51. The shutter member 85 is integrally formed by bending an elastic belt-like plate member. The shutter member 85 is accommodated in a space 83 in a compressed state and forms the first posture. When the needle tip 51 of the internal needle 5 passes the space 83, the shutter member 85 is released from the compressed state, and takes the second posture by its own elastic force, thereby preventing the movement toward a tip direction of the needle tip 51. |
