PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sure fertilization and the improvement of operability in mulching film-laying. SOLUTION: A mulching film-laying machine is constructed in such a manner that the action of a fertilizing apparatus 3 is controlled by a film-laying sensor 2 which detects the laying of a mulching film 1 in mulching-film fertilization which applies fertilizer while the mulching film 1 is being laid over the soil surface.
