PURPOSE: An internet voice helper is provided to output guidance voice according as a user accesses a server or selects a web site over then internet by using a TTS(Text To Speech) program embedded in a server. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a manager inputting data at a server with a TTS program(41), a system controller of the server storing the input data at the first database(42), the system controller converting the input data into corresponding voice by using the TTS program(44) and the system controller storing the converted voice data at the second database(45), a user accessing the server(46), the system controller generating server guidance voice among the voice data stored at the second database while outputting text and image data corresponding to an initial screen(47,48), the user selecting a specific site(49), the system controller generating the site guidance voice data while outputting text and image data for the selected site(50,51), a controller receiving the voice data, the text and the image data from the system controller, outputting the text and the image data on a monitor, and outputting the voice via a speaker for allowing the user to hear(52,53), the user selecting a member subscription menu, then listening to voice guidance on a member subscription and browsing a form for the member subscription on the monitor(54,55), the user filling in the form by inputting a user ID, a password, a name, a residence registration number and other personal data(56), the server checking the input data and notifying the user of the subscription completion(57), the server displaying a selection menu(58), the user selecting a menu(59), the controller outputting voice guidance data and simultaneously text and image data on the monitor(60,61).
