PURPOSE: An interface device using pci bus in imt-2000 system is provided to realize a low and high data interface at same time. CONSTITUTION: An interface part(100) interfaces ATM data, high-speed ethernet data or E1/T1 data from a base local switch, PDSN and a switchboard so as to be suitable for respective data transfer manners. A PCI matching part(300) receives the ATM data, high-speed ethernet data or E1/T1 data from the interface part and transfer header information of various kinds of data. The PCI matching part transfers the ATM data, high-speed ethernet data or E1/T1 data to any destination of the base local switch when receiving an interface control signal, PDSN and switchboard. A PCI bus(200) take charge of a data transfer path role between the interface part and the PCI matching part. A central processing unit(400) receives header information of various kinds of data from the PCI matching part, analyzes an interface type of corresponding data using the header information, and outputs the interface control signal corresponding to a parsed interface type to the PCI matching part.
