PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) card service system and method is provided to authenticate a customer and accumulate bonus points if the customer gets an RF card near a terminal at a member store so that it can efficiently maintain the customers. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user subscribing for a member of a web server, the web server storing a member identification number and issuing an RF card, the member purchasing goods or services at a member store by using the RF card, the member store checking the RF card at a terminal if the card is registered, if the card is not registered, the terminal registering the RF card, the terminal transmitting the registered information on the card to the web server, the web server storing the registered information at a database, if the card is registered, the terminal of the member store approving the card and giving bonus points according to the amount of the purchase, the terminal accumulating the new point, the terminal checking if the accumulated point is over a reference value(S25), the member store asking the member if the member wants to receive a gift corresponding to the accumulated point(S26), the member store giving the gift to the member if the member wants the gift(S27), the terminal deducting a point, corresponding to the gift, from the accumulated point(S28), the terminal storing the updated point to the card(S29), the terminal transmitting the updated point to the web server(S30), the web server storing the updated point at a database(S32), the web server analyzing the purchase data stored at the database and transmitting a purchase pattern and a service pattern to the terminal(S34, S36).
