PURPOSE: A printer head is provided to improve the reliability of a printer head by enhancing the operating speed. CONSTITUTION: A space(11) is formed in a substrate(10). A vibrating plate(13) covering the space is prepared on the substrate. A thin film shape memory alloy(12) is prepared on the surface of the vibrating plate. A liquid chamber(17) receiving a recording liquid(21) is formed right on the thin film shape memory alloy. A path(18) through which the recording liquid flows is prepared in the center of a path plate(16). The path is communicated with the liquid chamber. A nozzle plate(19) is combined to the upper portion of the path plate. A nozzle(20) is formed in the nozzle plate. If power is applied to an electrode(15b), a super conductor film(15) actively emits heat. Thus, the operating frequency of the vibrating plate increases.
