PURPOSE: To provide a color cathode-ray tube preventing the generation of the convergence displacement synchronized with parabola voltage. CONSTITUTION: This color cathode-ray tube is constituted such that a bulb spacer 34 electrically connected to an accelerating electrode G6 of an electron gun 31 comes in contact with a conductive layer 2 formed on the inner surface of a neck part 30 of a funnel 23, and the distortion of electron beams caused by deflection is corrected by applying the parabola voltage to a focus electrode G5 of the electron gun 31. The thickness of a conductive layer in a contact part 2a of the bulb spacer 2 with the conductive layer 2 is specified to 5-10 μm and contact resistance between them is limited to 1 kΩ or less.
