PURPOSE: A handsfree device for a cellular phone is provided to decrease the generation of a traffic accident by a handsfree conversation by automatically entering into a telephone conversation mode when ring a telephone bell over the number of uniform time and performing a telephone conversation with an object in a handsfree state. CONSTITUTION: A receiving sensitivity LED(Light Emitting Diode) senses a volume of an audio outputted through a speaker phone in case of performing a handsfree function using the speaker phone, determines an emitted number according to the sensed result, and displays the emitted number as a plurality of levels. An automatic termination controller(109) automatically enters into a telephone conversation mode when a telephone bell is rung over the number of uniform time in case that a cellular phone is called and performs the telephone conversation with an object in a handsfree state. A transmitting sensitivity LED senses a volume of an audio transmitted to the outside, determines an emitted number according the sensed result, and displays the determined number as a plurality of levels. A volume sensing unit(105) adjusts the transmitting and receiving sensitivity of the audio volume inputted and outputted through a microphone and the speaker phone.
