A connected neuronal structure layer, having a large number of neurons connected to each other to form a network, is sandwiched from its top and bottom by a neuron observation layer and a neuron setting layer to form a connected neuronal structure device. The connected neuronal structure layer is made up of neurons having grown from the neuron setting layer by, for example, self-organized progressive hierarchy acquisition. Growth distribution of neurons can be controlled by means of an electric field, photon delivery, vibration field, or the like. The neuron observation layer functions as a detector. <IMAGE> |
